Erdinç KUZU graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2000. He worked in law offices providing legal and consulting services to leading organizations of our country till he founded our law firm in 2002.

He specializes in many branches of law, especially Commercial and Corporate Law, Tax Law, Labour and Social Security Law, Building Law, Real Property Law, Law of Contracts, Criminal Law, Law of Damages, Inheritance Law and Property Ownership Law.

With his many years of professional experience, he has advised many large and medium-sized companies. He has been actively involved in company organizations and subsequent processes. he has provided consultancy and legal support to companies on the issues they need, especially Commercial Law, Tax Law, Labor and Social Security law.

He has worked as a consultant and manager in legal, administrative and commercial matters in the construction and real estate sector.

LAWYER ERDİNÇ KUZU

Nesil YANGIN graduated from Maltepe University Faculty of Law in 2009. She worked in law offices providing legal and consulting services till she join our law firm. She has advised many large and medium-sized companies and has lead the process of following the cases.

She specializes in many branches of law, especially Labour and Social Security Law, Law of Contracts, Tax Law, Building Law, Criminal Law and Inheritance Law.

LAWYER NESİL YANGIN

Bahar BEYAZ graduated from Istanbul Okan University Faculty of Law in 2020. She worked in our law firm since her law internship. she participated in various seminar programs during and after her university education and took part in social responsibility projects.

She specializes in many branches of law, especially Labour and Social Security Law, Commercial and Negotiable Instruments Law, Tax Law, Criminal Law, Law of Damages, Execution and Bankruptcy Law and Property Ownership Law.
